Students enjoyed a day of mental and physical health on Wednesday, with a chance to renew and unwind in workshops with their teachers. Activities included journaling, poetry, discussion groups, storytime, full-body workouts, and pizza making. Other students chose crafting, learned about ways to avoid feeling burnout, learned about natural hair care, discussed civil rights and LGBQT issues, took part in improvisational activities, and played interactive games. This chance to be loose, discuss passions, and reconnect with friends outside the pod created a relaxing and enjoyable day.
