This week students in Ms. Seid’s AP Literature class took part in the Jane Austen Tea Party. The annual event features the study of early 19th century satire and Austen’s novel, Pride and Prejudice. There are two sections of AP Literature this year, with parties Wednesday and Friday. Students were assigned roles of characters in Jane Austen books and dressed and acted the part as they engaged in simulated discussions. The school offers AP Literature and AP Language and Composition classes.
