Washington Latin sports teams had a particularly successful week with Girls Varsity Volleyball defeating Paul Public Charter School, Girls Soccer defeating DC International by 6-0, and Boys Soccer besting St. Andrews with a 4-1 win. Boys soccer also defeated EL Haynes 3-0. The Latin Lions basketball team dominated St. Andrews for the entire game. The Cross Country team competed in Georgetown Prep Classic. Sophomore Luke Tewalt and freshman Zoe Edelman took 1st and 2nd place respectively while sophomore Oliver Spiva came home 7th. Freshmen Max Regardie and Robbie Mirabello both got personal records on the day. Both the Boys and Girls MS Cross Country teams brought home the Public Charter School Athletics Association 2nd place trophies. Middle School girls soccer beat Georgetown Day 1-0.
