30 students in the upper school joined the Underwater Robotics club. The group, which meets weekly, is split into 3 teams, with 1 varsity league producing a complex robot, and 2 junior varsity leagues creating simpler robots. Students will work through the fall and winter to design the robots’ frames, make control boxes, and create new tasks and programs so that the robots can move. The club will meet from 3:30-5:00 on Wednesdays and Thursdays and parents and faculty are welcome to join.
