Daily Schedule and Routines

Cell Phone Policy

All students turn in their cell phones, smart watches, tablets, and headphones/earbuds at the outset of each school day upon entry to the building.

Food at Latin

Students spend an average of 8 hours on campus each school day, and good nutrition is essential for them to learn and thrive. Learn what’s offered, what is allowed (or not), and how to sign up and pay for school meals.

Inclement Weather Policy

Washington Latin makes decisions related to weather closures independent of DCPS. If you do not receive a text/email from the school or find information online, the school will open on time

Attendance Policy

Regular and timely attendance is important for students to succeed academically and helps children feel better about school and themselves.
