We are happy to have you join our community! This is an Explainer about how to complete our new student enrollment process, which generally opens after our Spring Break. If you have questions about other new student activities (tours, shadow days, etc.), please refer to your email or contact us directly by email or phone (202.909.2195).

New Student Enrollment Overview

The enrollment process for all students at Washington Latin is through our student information system, PowerSchool. This is also the database where student grades, attendance, and family contact information are stored.

New student enrollment deadlines

Please see below for general information about deadlines for enrollment. Contact us for specific questions.

Students matched in the lottery – May 1
Students who receive a waitlist offer – please see your MSDC offer for specific deadline
Re-enrolling students – May 31

Options for Completing Enrollment

To complete the enrollment forms, families have three options:

  1. You complete the online forms following the instructions above.
  2. You make an appointment to come to the campus where your child received a seat offer.
    • Email admissions@latinpcs.org
    • Call the team at 202.909.2195
  3. You come to Enrollment Saturday on April 25 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. No appointment needed!
