Join us for Back-to-School Night, where parents (no students, please) walk the halls according to their child’s schedule and hear from each of their teachers in 10-minute overview sessions.

What
Back to School Night is a chance to experience a mini version of your student’s school day, meeting each of their teachers to hear about that class. This will give you information about how to support your child’s learning this year, as well as providing insight into how Latin teaches different subjects. You’ll get a chance to experience 10-minute “classes” throughout the evening, and the goal is to give you a better understanding of what your child will be learning, expectations for the class, projects and assessments, etc.
When
The Middle School Back-to-School Night will be held on Thursday, September 10, 6:00 – 8:00 pm.
The Upper School Back-to-School Night will be held on Thursday, September 17, 6:00 – 8:00 pm.
Advisory begins promptly at 6:00! Don’t be marked tardy!
Where
Report directly to your student’s advisory to pick up their schedule, If you’re not sure of which advisory to go to, you can pick up a schedule at the front desk. Those with more than one student at 2nd Street should follow just one student’s schedule or split between parents/guardians.
If you arrive after Advisory, you will be directed to the class that is currently in session. An announcement will be made when it is time to move to the next class.
