This is an Explainer about how to complete the enrollment process for returning students. If you have questions please contact the enrollment team on your child’s campuses by email (ajcenrollment@latinpcs.org; 2ndstenrollment@latinpcs.org).
It’s quick and easy!
During initial enrollment, families created a parent account in PowerSchool and linked their children to their account. Now, all you need to do is login to your existing account, find FORMS to the left, click through and submit each tab, a to confirm your child’s information.
As you do every year, you must also provide documentation to prove residency and upload new DC Universal Health and Oral Health forms.
Returning Student Re-enrollment Overview
The re-enrollment process for all returning students at Washington Latin is through our student information system, PowerSchool. This is also the database where student grades, attendance, and family contact information are stored.

Returning student enrollment deadlines
We open re-enrollment after new student enrollment begins (later in April). The deadline for re-enrollment is May 31.
- Si vous avez à la fois un nouvel élève en latin ET un élève qui se réinscrit (ou plus d'un), vous pouvez remplir tous les formulaires d'inscription de vos enfants dès l'ouverture des inscriptions pour les nouveaux élèves.
- Veuillez consulter les instructions ci-dessous pour savoir comment ajouter un nouvel élève à votre compte parent PowerSchool existant.
Options pour finaliser l'inscription
Pour remplir les formulaires d'inscription, les familles ont trois options :
- Vous remplissez les formulaires en ligne en suivant les instructions ci-dessus.
- You make an appointment to come to your child’s campus.
- For 2nd Street Campus: 2ndstenrollment@latinpcs.org
- For Cooper Campus: AJCenrollment@latinpcs.org
- You can come to your child’s campus on Enrollment Saturday on April 25 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. No appointment needed!
