Free On-Site Vision Clinics for Washington Latin Students

Share

Is your child overdue for an eye exam? We will be offering two clinics for Latin students after spring break.

The Prevention of Blindness Society will be hosting two on-campus vision clinics in April: one after dismissal on Wednesday, April 15 at 2nd Street and one after dismissal on Wednesday, April 22nd at Cooper. Clinics will run from 2:00 – 4:30 pm and will take place in the Health Suite. Students may come for free eye tests and/or free glasses, and the on-site techs will also offer free eyeglass repair or arrange for replacements.

Families must sign up in advance and complete a consent form but parents/guardians do not need to be present during the clinic if the consent form has been signed and returned to Martita Fleming (mfleming@latinpcs.org). School-age or younger siblings of Latin students and children of faculty can also be seen, but the clinic cannot serve adults.

Please contact Ms. Fleming (mfleming@latinpcs.org) with questions.
