Cooper Campus Used Uniform Volunteers and Donations

ANNOUNCEMENT: Calling all Cooper Campus families! We need volunteers and donations for the big annual gently used uniform sale on 8/25!

What / Why

Seeking volunteers to help set up (organize clothing, wash and fold as needed, set up on tables) and then work the sale on August 25 at the Family Social.

Volunteers will be preparing the sale space in the Multipurpose Room (MPR) on August 25 in the afternoon until the space is ready to receive customers. Volunteers will be assist in the sale space in the Multipurpose Room (MPR) on Monday, August 25 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm…or until the inventory runs out. Sign up to volunteer at the Cooper Campus sale by emailing familyengagement@latinpcs.org.

We are also seeking uniform donations that:

  • Conform to the Latin uniform policy
  • Are clean and dry
  • Are in good condition (no tears or major stains)

When

Volunteers can sign up for a shift. Donations can be brought to the Kirov Building front hallway any time (during business hours) until 3:30 pm on the date of sale Monday, August 25, 4:00 – 7:00 pm.

Who

Any Cooper Campus family is encouraged to make donations and volunteer!

Note: Preference for Upper School students to volunteer to earn community service credit.
