Kindness Week at Cooper

Share

Join us as we spread kindness and positivity throughout Cooper Campus! Get ready for a week filled with fun activities, joyful events, and heartwarming moments.

Students may choose to participate as described below, to show support for kindness and community spirit. Each day during Kindness Week will focus on a Latin Way Principle with activities, challenges, and reflection prompts to help students practice kindness in both word and action.

  • Monday, November 10 – Make-a-Difference Monday: students may wear a motivational t-shirt with a positive message, or wear a plain tee and receive a motivational message written on your shirt. Nota Bene: all students must wear uniform bottoms!
  • Tuesday, November 11 (no school) – Thankful Tuesday: use your social media for good! Here’s our challenge to our families: write a card, note, or post to a veteran and upload it using the #LatinWayKindness
  • Wednesday, November 12 – We Care Wednesday: students and faculty will show quiet acts of kindness
  • Thursday, November 13 – World Kindness Day:  students may wear a yellow or gold t-shirt in support of World Kindness Day. Nota Bene: all students must wear uniform bottoms!
  • Friday, November 14 – Feel-Good Friday: students and faculty will write a kind message and give it to a peer, friend, or staff member to acknowledge their kindness or offer encouragement
