Directorio familiar latino

LATIN EXPLAINER: In the spirit of building community, Latin’s Parent Faculty Association provides an online all-school family directory, known as the AtoZ Directory. 

What is the AtoZ Directory? 

An online tool for the entire Latin community to establish connections among families. The directory is paid for by the PFA and includes the families of students at both Latin campuses.

What information is included in the directory?

The directory includes names, addresses, and phone numbers for families who opt in to the directory AND create an account. This process of uploading new names happens in August or September of each new school year.

How do families access the directory?

Families will receive an email from AtoZ Connect inviting you to register and create an account and have access to the directory. This process must be repeated EACH YEAR, though you don’t have to start over to create an account each time – just verify your information each year. Once you receive the email from us with instructions, follow them:

  1. Go to https://latinpfa.membershiptoolkit.com/ and click either login or new user.
    • If it’s your first time, follow the instructions to create an account.
    • If you have logged in before, use the same email and password previously created. 
    • If you have forgotten your password, click on “I forgot my password” to reset it. 
  2. Once logged in, you will still see a big red Register/Login button in the center of the screen – ignore it! You are logged in!
  3. Click My Account on the left side your screen. In the middle of the screen you will see two links: Your Family Information and Directory Publish Preferences. 
  4. Click on the Family Info first to update any information, as needed. When finished, click the red Next Step button (bottom right of the screen). Another screen with your child(ren) will appear. Update that information, then click the red Save button (bottom right). 
  5. Now you should be back to the screen from Step 3. Select Directory Publish Preferences. Select your preference in the top box (YES or NO).
    • Note that you can select what information to publish – just name, email, mobile phone, for example. 
    • NO means nothing will appear to others.
  6. Click the red Save button (bottom right). 
  7. Once these forms are complete, you will have access to Washington Latin’s parent directory. Click on the Subscriptions link on the left side, and you can choose ALL contacts or just one campus.
