Chaque fois qu'un \u00e9l\u00e8ve de la 9e \u00e0 la 12e ann\u00e9e du campus de la 2e rue effectue des heures de service communautaire, il doit suivre ces \u00e9tapes pour enregistrer ces heures\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Remplissez et signez la version papier du formulaire de service communautaire. <\/strong>Notez que ce formulaire n\u00e9cessite \u00e9galement que vous obteniez la signature de votre parent\/tuteur<\/em><\/strong>, avec le nom, titre et signature de la personne qui a supervis\u00e9<\/em><\/strong> Votre travail d'int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Si vous travaillez pour une association, comme Martha's Table, votre superviseur est un membre du personnel de Martha's Table. Si vous participez \u00e0 un projet d'int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole, votre superviseur est un membre du corps enseignant (comme le directeur du lyc\u00e9e ou votre conseiller p\u00e9dagogique).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Remplissez le formulaire Google de service communautaire de la section Washington Latin de la 2e rue. <\/strong>Il vous sera demand\u00e9 de t\u00e9l\u00e9charger votre formulaire de service communautaire d\u00fbment rempli et sign\u00e9 (\u00e9tape 1). Vous pouvez soumettre une copie num\u00e9ris\u00e9e ou une photo (prise avec votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, c'est parfait). Assurez-vous de l'avoir \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main avant de soumettre le formulaire Google.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
