Upper school girls’ soccer nabbed a 4-0 victory this week over KIPP. The team, coached by math teacher Mr. Richardson, also won the Petworth cup earlier this fall. Junior Meg Grieve was in the goal and made sure not a single ball went beyond her reach. Senior Emerson Moore scored 2 goals, and sophomores Eva Antoine and Kim Montgomery each scored one. Noted Richardson, “The team demonstrated its growing possession and passing game and its ability to adapt to circumstances. KIPP has a very fast team but we managed to hold the ball for the majority of the game.”
