An important element of Washington Latin Public Charter School's
success is its focus on partnerships with organizations outside the
school walls. Through forming articulated relationships with key
cultural, educational, and civic institutions, we seek to bring the
resources of the city to bear on the classroom experience. We believe
that this serves both teachers and students alike. We also hope that
in encouraging civic participation in students today, our graduates
will become adults for whom cultural stewardship is an important
value.
