MathCounts: the newest club on campus is here!
Cooper Campus is starting an official MathCounts Club! The club will meet each Tuesday afternoon after dismissal from 3:10 – 3:45 pm. Join Ms. Moore, the Director of Numeracy and the club’s sponsor, in M216 to play with math, take on challenging problems, and learn some new skills. Students can feel free to join this club just for fun, but there will also be an opportunity to compete against other student mathematicians!
Members who are interested in the MathCounts club have the opportunity to participate in the DC Chapter Competition on Saturday, February 7. If we qualify, we will then move to the DC State Competition on March 7.
