Introducing TeamSnap, the new communication app for Washington Latin athletics teams!
During the week of September 29, 2025, all parents of Fall student-athletes should have received an invite to join their child’s team on TeamSnap. This is a platform that allows Washington Latin teams, including coaches and families, to communicate about team activities and events (practices, competitions, etc.)
- If you already have the app, you can just log in to your existing app and the team should appear on your dashboard.
- If you are new to TeamSnap, please follow the steps outlined in the email you received to download the app and sign up for an account.
- If you didn’t receive an invite, please reach out to your child’s coach.
Families are not required to pay for a subscription, though TeamSnap does a very good job of putting ads and subscription info front and center. You can simply close the window or hit cancel to get rid of the ad pop-up.
TeamSnap will be used across all Latin athletic programs this season and in the future. It’s a great step forward to have an all-in-one sports management platform for coaches, parents, players, and administrators to manage team communication about logistics, schedule, and more.
If you see any inconsistencies in the schedule or have questions, please do not hesitate to note this in the messages/chat area of the app. This messaging feature will allow you to receive and send notifications to/from coaches, team parents, and other athletic administrators. You will also receive certain messages via email (game/practice delays and cancellations, etc.)
